In addition to her corporate immigration work, Rebecca has more than 5 years of experience in all areas of personal immigration, guiding individuals through the various personal immigration routes to attaining settlement and British citizenship.
Prior to joining Clarkslegal, at the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic when the highest levels of travel bans were in force, Rebecca represented a high-profile professional race car driver in obtaining UK immigration permission to drive in the prestigious Formula One World Championship.
Rebecca has personally experienced the process of immigrating and naturalizing in a new country, being born in London and raised in New York City, and is therefore deeply passionate about her work as an immigration lawyer.
Rebecca advises clients on all aspects of business immigration issues including Sponsor Licence Applications, Tier 2 visa applications, Representative of an Overseas Business visas and Sponsorship Compliance & Management.
