I am the Commercial partner within the firm’s Corporate, Commercial and Technology Team and head of the firm’s Privacy and Data Protection Team.

I am a dual qualified solicitor, having considerable experience both in the UK and abroad, acting for start up ventures, SMEs and multinational corporations including e-commerce, digital and new tech businesses.

I have particular experience providing strategic and value add advice to those corporates looking to licence, sell, acquire or protect intellectual property assets, brands or services both locally and internationally.


I regularly produce broad range of commercial and supply chain contracts (procurement, agency, distribution, supplier and joint venture agreements), standard Terms and Conditions, a full range of software licensing agreements.

I act for my commercial clients on the acquisition and disposal of shares and business assets. I am also able to assist with debt financing and all manner of security documentation including debentures, loans, charges, guarantees.

I enable businesses to protect and exploit their intellectual property assets, both in the UK and internationally by advising on structure, ownership, licensing and registration.

I regularly advise clients on their supply chain documentation. I am also able to provide UK and global groups advice and solutions concerning regulatory compliance especially in a cross border or public procurement context concerning anti-bribery, modern slavery and data protection.


For corporates looking to trade in and out of the UK and/or EU, I can assist these to achieve data protection compliance by:

  • providing a full suite of data protection documentation including privacy statements, policies, data processing agreements;
  • advising on the use of new technologies and undertaking data protection impact assessments;
  • providing advice in the event of a subject access request, data breach or investigation by the ICO
  • conducting a full compliance audit, including a review of any technical and organisational measures employed and providing practical recommendations
