Bhavneeta Limbachia
Solicitor

I am a Solicitor specialising in Private and Business Immigration. I am also a Level II Senior Caseworker accredited under the Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS).

I have experience in representing both individuals and businesses; assisting them through complex immigration issues. I provide a tailored and comprehensive service to clients on a number of matters. Frequently a business will instruct me to advise them on immigration issues which are affecting them such as with Sponsorship licenses to ensure compliance to immigration rules as well as any issues affecting their employees such as extensions of Tier 2 visas.

I regularly prepare internal, external seminars and legal updates for clients.

I have specialist knowledge and experience in assisting individuals on a wide range of personal immigration matters including applications for naturalisation, registration, entry clearance (including spouse, fiancé, unmarried partner), long residence and various applications under EU law. My systematic and practical approach allows me to provide a solution to complex applications which at the inception may not entirely meet the requirements or may lack sufficient documentary evidence to support an application.

I provide a bespoke service to High Net Worth (HNW) individuals and businesses. In particular, I use a strategic approach to advice businesses and individuals on long term solutions to their businesses through point-based system applications. This includes Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 4 applications. By assisting clients carefully through complex application procedures, clients secure a better chance of success, thereby avoiding delays in applications and unnecessary appeals.

I have experience in bringing challenges against the Secretary of State for visa refusals via administrative reviews, appeals and judicial reviews. I have prepared many successful appeals which has resulted in the Home Office overturning their initial decision.
