Immigration Price Information Law

For immigration services for individuals we provide professional services and from the outset of an instruction give a fixed fee.  The following fees are from the time of initial instructions until a decision has been made on the application or appeal.   Fees may vary once we have considered your instructions and the complexity of your matter.  Timescales vary for each application and we will provide you with up to date guidance on the same from the Home Office when you have instructed us.

All prices are subject to VAT at 20%.

The fees exclude disbursements such as UKVI application fees, health surcharge payments or interpretation/translation fees.
Should you require assistance and advice from time to time then we will charge at an hourly rate of £350 per hour for a Partner and £300 for an Associate and £250 for a Solicitor.  The immigration team consists of qualified solicitors with between 1 and 25 years experience.   

Our fees include

  • Discussing your circumstances in detail and confirming whether this is the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you;
  • Giving you advice about the requirements of the application;
  • Considering documents to ensure they are adequate to meet requirements;
  • Attending on the client;
  • Taking your instructions and providing advice on both the substantive and procedural requirements;
  • Checking and assisting in submitting the application;
  • Advising you on timelines and the outcome.
