Managing Partner Monica Atwal explains in her letter to The Guardian that Theresa May’s 11 pledges on workers’ rights proposes nothing new and are already covered by current legislation and business initiatives.
"It is easy for May to say that she will carry forward our existing rights under EU law after Brexit, but in reality the government has confirmed no intention to repeal these, and they remain binding."
