Employee Must Obey!

The employer in the case of Dunn v AAH Ltd was entitled to terminate the employee`s contract on the grounds that it had been repudiated. 


The employee in his duties had failed to follow instructions to report on issues of risk to the group headquarters.  In failing to carry out this responsibility, the group headquarters had been denied the opportunity to carry out a risk assessment themselves.   


This was sufficient to undermine the trust and confidence at the heart of the employment contract.
