CIPD publishes Apprenticeships that work: a guide for employers
09 February 2012
The CIPD has published Apprenticeships that work: a guide for employers as a one-stop-shop for employers looking to offer apprenticeships.
CIPD has said this guide aims to offer the support employers need to take on apprenticeships as well as addressing some of the key issues and questions involved.
Topics covered by this guide include:
- How to integrate apprentices into your workforce
- Getting buy-in from the rest of your organisation
- Relevant employment legislation
The timing of this guide is no-doubt linked with Apprenticeships Week 2012 and the recent government announcements regarding the Higher Apprenticeship Fund which has been created to support thousands of apprenticeships.
