Disputes with customers, dealers and manufacturers

Recent examples of disputes we have worked with include consumer claims, quality and description, product liability issues, title to vehicles, recall campaigns, trade descriptions and dealer agreements. We also advise on hire purchase and other vehicle finance disputes both for and against finance companies.
We also run a specialised HR Motor Club, where HR personnel in motor retail outlets are invited to discuss pertinent topics. These are offered on a quarterly basis and clients choose the topics they wish to discuss. Issues already dealt with include restructures and redundancies, pay reviews and discrimination.
