ACAS, in collaboration with the NHS` Mindful Employer initiative, has published a training package and guidance for employers aimed at promoting postive mental health in the workplace.

According to ACAS "one in four of us will suffer mental health probmens during our lives". Despite this, most of us find mental illness issues difficult to listen to and talk about.
Mental illness is a disability, which is one of the nine protected characteristics covered by the Equality Act 2010.
